Peanut shelling machine
The peanut sheller separates peanut shells and kernels, and has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, low power consumption, and low noise. It can be automatic (no need to wear a mask and hat when shelling), and the shelling rate is high. The peeled peanuts can be used as seeds. Moreover, the machine is N-use, has a long service life, and the price is not high, which can meet your basic needs. After the equipment is in normal operation, the peanuts are evenly and continuously put into the hopper, and the peanut shells are broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. Peanuts and broken peanut shells pass through the sieve under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor (peanuts are threshed with a large-hole sieve, and the cleaned small fruit is replaced with a small-hole sieve for secondary shelling). When the peanut shells and peanut grains are blown by the rotating fan, the light peanut shells are blown out of the machine, and the peanut grains are directly discharged through the screening of the vibrating screen.

This peanut shelling machine is composed of corrugated rods, grating bars, concave plates, fans, specific gravity sorting and secondary elevators. It has simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance and reliable operation.
Peanuts are fed manually and fall into the coarse grid first. Due to the rubbing force between the rotation of the grid and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut kernels and shells that have been separated from the peanut shells fall through the grid at the same time, and then pass through the wind. Most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by wind force, and the peanut kernels and some small peanuts that have not been peeled off fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After heavy screening, the peanut kernels go up the separation screen and flow into the sack through the material opening , and the unpeeled peanuts (small fruits) go down from the screen surface, flow into the elevator through the discharge channel, and then are sent by the elevator to the fine-grained grid for secondary peeling, and then screened and separated by specific gravity. Achieve total peeling.
