Zhengzhou Jiewei Mechanical Equipment Co. , Ltd. . Automatic fumigation furnace is mainly composed of furnace, control box, smoke chamber three parts. The furnace body is a place for smoking, coloring, cooking and drying, with a fan and copper coil on the upper part. When the copper coil is used for drying, the steam enters into the copper coil tube through the steam reserve port, the copper has good thermal conductivity, high heat transfer speed, and increases the contact space, the heating speed is faster, and the energy is saved quickly. The electric heating tube is on both sides, the heating speed is fast and the heating is even. Two temperature probes, one for in-furnace temperature and one for food temperature. The appearance of the glass door helps us to judge the ripening state of the product. The two sides of the furnace are provided with separate flue, the upper part is provided with an exhaust port and a smoke exhaust port, and the side side is specially provided with a steam convection port, a condition of discordance in color. A water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the furnace to eliminate the water droplets formed by the condensation of steam in contact with cooling. And installed with a filter plate: can effectively avoid the smoke generated in the solid particles, smoke tar and other harmful substances attached to the product surface.
