The vacuum tumbler uses the principle of physical impact to turn the meat or minced meat up and down in the drum in a vacuum state, so as to achieve massage and marinating. The pickling solution is fully absorbed by the meat, which enhances the binding force and water retention of the meat, and improves product elasticity and yield. This machine is made of stainless steel, with a round head, reasonable structure, large tumbling space, stable operation, low noise, reliable performance, easy operation and high equipment efficiency. The paddle is arc-shaped and unique in design, which makes the marinade evenly distributed, does not cause damage to the surface of the product, and improves the tenderness and appearance of the product.
It is suitable for processing high-grade ham, sausage, beef and mutton products and other meat products. Through rolling and kneading, the pickling liquid can be effectively absorbed, the meat has strong binding force, strong cross-section bearing capacity, good water retention, fresher taste, natural and beautiful color, which can greatly improve the yield and enhance the high-grade meat products.
Features of vacuum tumbler:
1. The fully automatic vacuum tumbler adopts a round head, which has a more reasonable structure, large tumbling space, fine polishing inside the drum, no hygienic dead corners, and the discharge device can be completely discharged.
2. The unique arc-shaped design of the paddle makes the marinade evenly distributed without causing damage to the marinade, and the tenderness and appearance of the product are improved. Increase the water retention type and increase the output frequency.
3. Adopting waterproof computer control, users can set the tumbler to automatically rotate forward, intermittently, deflate, and vacuum according to their own processing technology.
4. Setting the total working time of tumbling, intermittent tumbling time, and vacuum state tumbling time makes the equipment realize the fully automatic vacuum tumbler and automatic breathing function.
5. The frequency conversion function can also be added according to user needs, so that the number of tumbling revolutions can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the process. It has the functions of continuous, intermittent tumbling, reverse rolling and discharging.
6. Power-off memory function: During the tumbling process, if there is a sudden power failure, the computer controller will automatically memorize the remaining time. When the power comes on again, press the "Tumble" button to continue the tumbling time before the power failure.
