New Combined Rice Mill
This machine is an improved rice shelling and polishing machine. It has advanced structure, beautiful appearance, automatic centering, easy operation and maintenance, and has the advantages of high rice yield, good rice quality, large output, low noise, low power consumption, and low rice temperature. This product is a fine-bran type rice huller combined rice mill. It can directly crush the rice husk while grinding the rice. The resulting bran can be directly used as feed for various livestock.
This machine is composed of two parts: a stone remover and a rice mill.The equipment is also equipped with two automatic hoppers, without manual feeding, which improves the working speed.
The rice enters the machine through a vibrating screen and a magnetic separation device, and is husked by rubber rollers (removing the large yellow husk), winnowing, and rice milling (removing the brown inner husk and turning it into white rice). When it comes to the processing operation of whitening, the chaff, fine chaff, chaff and white rice are discharged out of the machine respectively. This machine integrates all kinds of rice and machine lengths into one, comprehensive layout, reasonable design, compact structure, easy and reliable operation and adjustment, and low noise.
